How to Get Your Data Files from Instagram:

  1. Go to your Instagram Profile (either on the app or web).
  2. Navigate to Your Activity > Download Your Information (or search for "Download Your Data").
  3. Enter the email where you want to receive the files.
  4. Select JSON as the format, and keep the quality settings as they are.
  5. After receiving the download link via email (it can take up to 48 hours):
    • Download the zip file and extract the contents.
    • Navigate to the followers_and_following folder.
    • Inside, you will find `followers_1.json` and `following.json`.
  6. Upload those two JSON files into the boxes below!

Important: Ensure you download the data in JSON format for this tool to work correctly.
